- 3 tablespoons neutral oil
 - 2 cups long-grain rice
 - 4 garlic cloves
 - 1 medium onion
 - 2 large tomatoes
 - 1 quart chicken stock
 
- Saute rice in oil until brown.
 - Blend garlic, onion, and tomatoes in food processor.
 - Add chicken stock and blended mixture to the rice, bring to boil, and then simmer until rice is cooked.
